Adnan graduated from Unıversity of Ankara Law faculty in 1967 and has accumulated over 30 years experince in the maritime insurance world. A wide experience has taken him from the insurance dept of Turkish Maritime Bank, as a P&I Club Representative in Istanbul, as partner of an insurance Agency with Telli Shipping Group and later with his own insurance Agency followed by a period with an international broking house. Adnan is a Co- founder of GT&G which started in 2005.

Umur graduated from Istanbul University, faculty of Economics in 1970.
After a long career in Ray Sigorta A.S Marine department as manager responsible for marine insurance, reinsurance and claims and later as Assistant General Manager responsible for marine department and reinsurance Umur moved on to work for a Lloyd’s broker and an international broking house.
Umur is a Co- founder of GT&G which started in 2005.

Murat graduated from Maritime Faculty of Istanbul Technical University BS in 1983 thereafter following a Shipping Management in MBA programme of Istanbul University whilst going to sea. His sea experince took him from a chieff officer to a licenced ocean going Master. Coming ashore in 1993 Murat has since worked in marine departments of various international broking houses.
Murat is a Co- founder of GT&G which started in 2005.

Seda graduated from Istanbul University, faculty of Economics in 2007 and joined GT&G in the same year. Since 2009 Seda is responsible for Charterers Liability accounts and Claims matters.

Murat graduated from Yıldız Technical University, faculty of Naval Architecture and Maritime in 2011 and joined GT&G in the same year. Since 2011 Murat is responsible for H&M Insurance accounts and Claims matters.

Sercan graduated from Istanbul Unıversity ,faculty of Economics in 2007 and joined GT&G in the same year.
Since 2009 Sercan is responsible for adminstrative and accounting issues.
