Complaints Handling

P.L. Ferrari & Co. has adopted a complaint handling policy in compliance with IVASS Regulation 46/2016 that introduced new dispositions that implement the previous regulation, exclusively applicable to insurance companies, extending the obligation of complaints management to insurance brokers as well. Brokers are therefore under an obligation of managing complaints relating to employees and collaborators, providing direct response to the interested parties.

Gestione Reclami

P.L. Ferrari & Co. ha adottato una politica di gestione dei reclami conforme con il Provvedimento IVASS 46/2016 che ha introdotto nuove disposizioni che implementano il previgente regolamento, applicabile esclusivamente alle compagnie di assicurazione, estendendo gli obblighi di gestione dei reclami anche agli intermediari assicurativi. Tali intermediari sono dunque tenuti a gestire i reclami relativi a dipendenti e collaboratori, fornendo diretto riscontro agli interessati.
